About Our Product
Our GiftVerse is a fully digital product. When you make a purchase, you receive an interactive 3D gift experience that you and your loved one access instantly online, right in your browser. There is nothing physical to ship, and there are no deliveries to wait for — your experience is ready as soon as your purchase is complete.
Digital Product — No Change-of-Mind Refunds
Because access to your experience is granted immediately upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, or buyer's remorse. Once you have access to the digital experience, it cannot be “returned” in the way a physical product can.
By completing your purchase, you understand and agree that you are receiving immediate access to a digital product, and that this access begins right away.
Refunds for Technical Issues
We want every experience to work beautifully. If your gift fails to open or does not function properly because of a technical problem on our side, you are entitled to a refund.
Please reach out to us first so we can try to help — most issues can be fixed quickly, and we would love the chance to get your experience working for you. If we are unable to make it work, we will issue you a full refund, no hassle.
